I hope some of you Apple Gurus might be able to shed some light on this problem.
My wife hadn't used her iPod Touch 8G (I think 3rd Gen) about 12 months, it's been sitting in her drawer at work. I decided to charge it up and update the music on it.
I have the newest version of iTunes. iTunes recognises my wife's Touch but doesn't sync any songs onto the device. I restored her Touch and updated the software (she doesn't have any music at all on it now). I even tried two different cables.
Since this problem, I have been able to sync both my iPod Classic and Nano 3 Gen without any problems.
What's going on?
