Got a paid client coming up in 2 weeks. He's a 21 year old male, black, and is a hip hop and rap artist, fit and athletic. Can you guys provide some links or photos of examples? Poses? Lighting? Trying to gather ideas and inspiration.
Any advice? Should I go for harsher lighting with small light mods, or stick to my large umbrellas/softboxes? I've only shot female models so far
Also, is a 35mm length on a full frame too wide? I know it's bad for women, but would it be okay for men? It would make shooting in my tight studio better. I don't have a 50mm. My next choice would be my 70-200L which puts my back against the wall at 70mm. It's juuuuuust enough to do a full body, so it's fine... but it's not as comfy for me :P
