We, a friend and I, were asked to exhibit at our twin town's annual photo festival. It's a huge deal over here in Germany and there are posters about us all over town, it's quite surreal.

We're exhibiting pictures from our Tunbridge Wells Project, pictures of bleak locations that fit in with the location we've been given, which is an old prison. It's quite fantastic!

The exhibition is on for three weeks but we're only here for four days.

A bit more here on our blog if you're interested (external link)

Looks very interesting, I bet Victor would be envious........bad pun I know

hope everyone has a good rest of weekend

Looking good. That stag has been sharpening his antlers. Start a new shift pattern in a couple of weeks which means more time for getting to Knole and Richmone:)

Another from my day in London, tad annoyed with the Halo-ing, but it's not as pronounced as in some the previous shots. 15 sec daytime exposure.

Very difficult to shoot from outside as it's crammed into a small space but here's what it looks like the other side of that strange alien-looking thing.

I have just found a very silly thing with this comp

http://your.heathrow.com …e-best-avgeek-photograph/ (external link)

if you open for example firefox then vote, it votes. You then open chrome, you get a vote then open IE you get another vote! not much science gone into this system, aswell as being able to vote from my phone(3 different browsers),tablet and lappy

Given the nature of the prize (close to £0 probably) would it be cost effective to put the effort in to make sure the voting wasn't rigged?

After all, its not as if they were giving away a top range DSLR.

In you enter this competition, vote multiple times, yet still don't win what will you think about the winning photo "Wow, great photo. It must be better than mine"?

I noticed this the other day but didn't want to say anything as you seem to be winning handily. You can make it easier by downloading/installing the epic browser (external link) which will stop things from being cached/cookied in the first place. You just need to hit vote then refresh over and over ;)

It's trivial to do, and someone like heathrow should be able to pull it off. If nothing else, leave all the voting on facebook where they can better enforce the once/day thing.
