My Sigma 50-500 only locks focus at f/10 - f/13 so it means low speeds. I'm planning to go there this Friday and would like some atmospheric scenes with fall colours. The West Cemetery is a bit more expensive and accessible via guided tour only. Wondering if the East will be enough or if the West has that much different scenery. Thanks for posting this up for me. Hopefully we can get a few people together and go exploring. -Chris

it was lovely and frosty when I left home - got to Knole, parked, walked into the park and it started raining…. might as well stay and explore I thought…. not many deer about until of course it was pouring with rain… then I nearly got squished by two silly bucks scrapping with each other and chasing in and out of the woods… so I got quite a few shots of them and their ladies, and then I got lost! Had to phone Mark and try to explain where I was. Next time I"m taking a big ball of string!
