Anyone selling on Amazon? If so, how has it worked for you? Are freelance artists required to have a tax ID to sell?

I just tried to list one of my photographs printed to canvas without success. The "Upload image(s)" button was dead so I was not able to upload any photos of the canvas. So, I continued through the steps inputting all the pertinent information only to find another dead submit button at the end.

Not sure where to go from there I'm seeing the same thing...looking though EOS 6d, 7dMKII, Tokina 11-16, Tokina 16-28, Sigma 70-200mm F/2.8, Sigma 17-50 F/2.8, Canon 24-70mm F/2.8L, Canon 70-200 F/2.8L, Mixed Speedlites and other stuff.
