If you have never had the chance to see a roosting in person you have to go and check it out it is a sight to behold. There are literally millions of martins that cram themselves into a couple hundred yards worth of trees.

Still working on photos/videos from the roosting but here is one of the first ones I have finished.

Also title should read Purple Martins if anyone has the authority to change that.

That was actually near the end of the roost once most of the birds had landed(for some reason I always work backwards through my imports). There were enough birds that this morning they were talking about being able to see it on the weather radar on the news.

Saw that in Nashville - didn't DARE walk under those trees. Saw many cars with trashed paint. I'll see is I can find any of the pics I took.
