Aug 15, 2013 12:25 | #3 Nice photos. Love the color in the first one. Hope you weren't as close to the moose as it looks in the last 2 shots - they are very fast and can be quite dangerous. 7D Mark II, 50D, 17-55 2.8 IS, 100-400L IS, 10-22, Sigma 150-600 C, Sigma 150 2.8 Macro, EF-S 60MM f2.8 Macro, EF-S 18-55 IS, 28-135 IS, EF-S 55-250 IS STM, 580 EX II, Yongnuo YN-24EX, JasonC007 Diffuser Kit, Gitzo GT2531EX, ARCA-SWISS Z1, RRS B2 AS II clamp, Kirk L-bracket for 7DII, Kirk L-bracket for 50D

The first was a 70-200/2.8 IS, the second a 500/4 and the last two were with a 600/4 II with 2xTC III (and all were hand held from a small boat). FPP wrote in post #16210488 Nice photos. Thanks FPP and I think we were about 150' away, but it felt fine being in a boat. I was charged by a young bull a couple of years ago so am still pretty wary when on land AZ Pix wrote in post #16210561 Like them all. 1 and 4 are money! Nicely done! Wallace River wrote in post #16211105 Agreed! Also the crepuscular rays are kind of neat too. Thanks again Ian. I have a few images with the crepuscular rays reflecting in the water, which at the time I thought would be really good, however they don't look all that great with the horizon in the middle of the image....I'll keep playing with them medeng8 wrote in post #16211676 scary big animals. Great shots! Yes they really are huge....and all they eat are plants! Scott
