My 1D MKIII has problems

I picked up a new LP-E4N and all is good so far. Glad it doesn't seem to be the camera at this point.

There are good and bad aftermarket batteries, you just have to do your homework. Glad you got it figure out.

Bumping this since I am having similar problems.

Camera works fine with the studio plug attached. As soon as I put a battery in I have a useless brick.

Tried replacing the date time battery nothing. Got a new wasabi battery same deal.


5D MKIII, 40STM, 50L, 100L, 24-105L, 70-200 2.8L IS

I bought a new LP-E4N and that solved everything. Just go get a Canon original and you're good to go.
