Great shots. Like the second one best. Where was the last one taken? I don't recognize the area. We haven't see that kind of hoarfrost where I live (Eagle) for some time.

Well hi neighbor. it was taken out at Leslie Gulch, about ten miles out highway ninety-fve away from Marsing almost at the Idaho/Oregon border. Unfortunately there aren't exactly signs and it's not on a map. It's kind of like trying to find Devils Ladder a pain in the *** but well worth it when you do go. Fortunately I have a tour guide (my uncle knows every pretty sportsman access and fishing hole in the state). So I just pack the lunch and get in the car and do my best to pay attention to where he's going.
Sari.

thanks for the comments folks. I should probably say that I was absolutely frozen, but the funny thing about canyons is that there isn't a lot of wind and it's actually kind of comfortable, relatively speaking ofcourse. And I wouldn't want to live anywhere else atleast until I've taken all of the Idaho pictures that there are to take:D :D :D (that might be a while). It is a beautiful area with so much to offer, an hour in any direction and your either in mountains, forest, desert, canyons etc... the possibilities just seem endless to me... Happy shooting. I really like the fourth one. It looks out-of-this-world to me and those towering formations are remarkable.
