This center is in Yakama Washington. I was staying at the Skamania Lodge in Stevenson Washington on the Columbia river and was surprised when I was informed there was a bird show going on that just as I was checking in. I shoved the bags in my room and grabbed my 1D with the 100-400 on it and headed out back. I could never hope to get this close to owls in nature.
