Nationwide Children's Hospital 200

Went to the Nationwide Children's Hospital 200 Nationwide race at Mid-Ohio on Saturday. it was the inagural running and I had never been to the track before. Had my kids, so I had to be careful of where we sat so they could also enjoy things. We settled on turn one as the cars came out of the bridge. I will say that panning when you are so close to the track is a challenge, especially when you can't see the cars coming.

Unfortunately, in that turn, there were no higher up spots to take pics from that were unobstructed. I did notice probably a couple hundred photogs with credentials, so I am hopeful of possibly getting to the other side of the fence next year for a couple events.

If you stand at the very top of the turn one grandstand you can get up a little higher for some decent shots

How did you avoid the two light poles and the wires that run at the same hight as the stands?
