wish I had your sharpness
Maybe you need to use a different sharpening algorithm to sharpen up your photos?
I use a 3 stage on that uses progressive layers for sharpening in a Photoshop script.

It's wet and windy - and I took this using available light only so as to have no ringflash showing in the the droplets, hence the high ISO and fast shutter speeds, plus some fairly aggressive noise reduction. roseyposey Cream of the Crop More info Post edited over 7 years ago by roseyposey. | Sep 29, 2016 01:27 | #15314 Yet another dreary day in the supposed "sunny Hawkes Bay"!!! When will it end - this is supposed to be Spring!!! Busy hard day on the ward today so couldn't be bothered driving to my usual dog walking place .... this is a relatively local dog walking park. One of the very, very few areas where dogs allowed off the leash around here. It's local body elections so hoping for a new council and some more dog friendly areas. Not sure if this works, and not sure what tree the new growth is:IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/LKxHyx Love the new green on the willows - this shot actually flatters the area I reckon IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/LKxHzz Kowhai and bokeh. One of our native trees which the birds love, especially the tui.IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/LKxHB8 I always think these blossom trees look like ballerinas, but don't think I've captured that. Had my dog and didn't want to venture near the busy road.IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/LKxHBP Olympus M1 MkII, Olympus M5 MkIII: Lenses covering 8 - 300mm
