PaulIddon Cream of the Crop More info | Oct 10, 2016 06:07 | #15363 I took this photo and realised I had forgotten to change the ISO. It's a hoverfly feeding on one of the fuchsia flowers today. Paul. My site: http://www.pauliddon.co.uk

jabtas Goldmember More info | Oct 10, 2016 09:12 | #15364 The 70D can handle ISO 400 amazingly well, I wouldn't even think twice about using 400 or 800, even 1600 would hardly bother me Tim

ISO 3200 can look relatively cleanish in the right image.

PaulIddon Cream of the Crop More info Post edited over 7 years ago by Paul Iddon. | Oct 10, 2016 12:20 | #15369 As today drew to a close, I found a rather chilled out bee - I don't know if it is likely to survive the night because even as I pulled back a couple of petals to get a better view of it in the welsh poppy flower, it didn't want to fly away or do very much so it may well have been close to death... How tragic that such a beautiful place could be a dumping ground - it makes me very sad that even in this day & age, people could still care less. Your processing gives a great apocolyptic feel to this image Send it to your local newspaper, it would get someone's attention - well done by the way!
