It was taken with the 70D and the kit 18-135 STM

1/15, f5.6, ISO 12,800 handheld, pretty much in the dark.

cool - at least ISO 12800 gave you a shot... was it taken in Auto? Was there flash?

I think digital ISO is interesting technology... I mean hey - it creates 'light' ! People complain about noise but lets see them out-do digital ISO and invent something better that 'creates light!'
