Just borrowed a Spyder Elite calibration kit off a friend and used it to calibrate my screen tonight.

Have a look at the two images below please - the first shows the levels histogram, the second the actual photo of a running crab spider from a few nights back.

How does it all look on your screens please?

Hi Paul, will you allow me to use your photo as my basis for my monitor adjustments too? With what I see on my screen, the exposure is just right to my eyes. The WB is a bit, only a tiny bit, cool. But that is the way I prefer it. Hope you will allow me to ride on your asking of how others see your photos on their calibrated monitors. Cheers.

The spider looked brown under natural light - but the flash showed its true colours.

I'll see if I can nudge settings a smidge.

This post would probably get more response if you post it somewhere other than the Canon 70d topic.

That being said, I assume by "connect wifi to it" you mean that you can't remember the password that will enable you to use iPhone as a devise to connect your 70d to so you can connect the Camera to the Internet?

If so, the password is on the page in the settings where you turn the personal hotspot on. I know your iPhone 6 is using IOS 8.1.1 or 8.1.2 so it may be a little different because I am still using IOS 7. something. But it is under Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot > WiFi Password.

Well I'm able to hobble out to the bird studio but it's so cold I spent most of my time with more splashing this weekend, this time
fun with milk, sour creme, half-n-half. We really enjoy 'splashing' as a drinking game. I drink moonshine and Poof drinks Dimple Pinch
during the splash sessions. Soon enough the bugs will be back

With my experience in using my android's hotspot, the password is always not the same from its previous connection. My cp device always gives new password whenever I connect it. But then, you have iphone 6. Its very different with my samsung galaxy s. Briefly observe the camera and your iphone when attempting to connect it. And as what as Nogo said, you can start a new thread for more advises. Cheers.

I feel quite nostalgic for my 70D looking through all these images. I'm enjoying the 7DII, but there are a lot of fingerprints all over the LCD ...
