Not getting here as often as I would like, busy with puppy, and just life. Great images though everyone - too many to single out many, but evelakes I'm always loving your shots ......

noticed a rose in the garden this evening, and overcast weather, but light a bit too dull. Took some anyway, and some random flowers. Had to push the iso up but think okay with type of image?

You know how sometimes a picture just grabs you. I can't say why but I was engrossed in that orange and blue pill photo. I suppose I should force myself to break it down and determine exactly what I like, but for now I'll just enjoy it and move on.

With high ISO i notice it on my camera, with the eyes the grain is starting to make it hunt and starts to front or backfocus, did you try it on live view with manual focus with a tripod. Of course not possible with live action, but to see the difference.

Thanks evelakes. I will try it out next time. Mine seems to be fine with focusing in low light for people photography. It hunts little bit once in a while. It is much better than t3i. Video focusing also seems to be working fine. It also responses quickly for touch focus during video shooting.
