jefonyx Member 38 posts Likes: 249 Joined May 2013 More info | The 70D is a really cool camera for video. The AF in that regard is really impressive especially in the tracking function. Image quality is ok but it is a bit soft in video.

For taking pictures well this is pretty ok but it lacks a really convenient function to react quickly : the center reset AF position...I mean, Canon, seriously? Oh come on ! This makes this camera a tortoise to use... The touch screen is a gem to use but the focus speed in camera mode is so slow that you don't want to use liveview. For that, Nikon is really much quicker.
