Pried the 70D from the better half (actually she's at work), this morning and before

Nice to see you got some good light today. Hope to see a little sunshine tomorrow myself, but it will be brief.

Yep, it was nearly 60 here today, and upper 50's again tomorrow. I've only seen one eagle ranging up and down the river here, and this time last year there were a dozen or more.

Well you can't have a pet Cardinal but this lady has a non-functioning right foot assembly and we try to keep easy access food out for her all the time. She seems to be doing well and no idea of what did her foot in. I'll try to get a pic up showing the foot later.

Poof has my sympathies :-) Although in saying that I did take photos of old and new farm stuff at the Agricultural Show a few months ago.

Wohooo! I'm in the 24STM club now :) Nothing interesting to photograph here so let's just go with this. Did have some purple CA in the "turbine" reflections of the light, but it was easy to remove :) This lens is gonna be fun! :)

Here's the shot where you can see she is without a functional right foot :(
Seems to be doing well though and as mentioned prior we're making it easy for her
to source food.

That is a lightsaber from Star Wars. It's a replica of the one belonging to a character called Corran Horn who wasn't in any of the films, but rather some of the very many books written about that universe, most of the books he's in is from the 90's :)
