In one word. AMAZING! I wrote them late last night with a picture of my insert showing that the stitching is falling apart. I got an email this morning confirming my address and stating that they would be sending a new one out immediately. They were also very apologetic for the defective item.

They offered great customer service and wanted to share it with you guys. They deserve the business!
