I'm wondering if anyone has bought, or would buy a fashionable camera bag? Would you spend the extra $$ just to look 'stylish' while your out there shooting?

I've seen some of these bags go for the same amount as decent set of glass would go for!

I personally would rather go for something a little more practical but it would be interesting to see what people think...

I go for function over looks concerning camera bags. I bought the Lowepro Magnum 500AW because it appeared to be able to hold most of my gear

Canon 60D,18-55mm,55-250mm,50mm compact macro, AF ext tubes. Sigma 8-16mm uwa, 18-250mm, 85mm F1.4, 150-500mm

I've actually looked at the 500AW. Any feedback about it? Did you like it?

No, I dont care much at all about being stylish...
I bought the Manfrotto Lino Pro V bag off of a member here. It is a MAMMOTH, but it fits my gear about perfectly, and is built like a tank.

My last one (Canon backpack) split wide open when I put it over my shoulder. It is quite a sickening feeling to hear a couple thousand dollars hit the ground. All that was broken was a battery grip, miraculously.
I don't want to repeat that, ever! ;)

I wonder if the video editors on The Titanic ever went, "Sorry, I can't right now. I'm busy synching the Titanic..."

Nice. I'll have to give that one a try as I do like the canvas style bag when trying to go under the radar.

Oh, and I go for function rather than style for the most part.
