I had troubles in editing #2, to fix the exposure and cut down the diffusion hot spot I end up with a dull grey spot on the eyes, couldn't fix it no matter what :(

I'm still processing this old shots with the old setup (Metz 48AF-1 on a bracket and cheap Ebay diffuser), hopefully the diffusion will be better following your advices with the recent purchased MT-24EX and UK diffusers :)

I also decided to go to the field more often even if it means going alone :( so hopefully I'll get more practice while the good weather lasts.

I do love being alone with all the time on the world looking for bugs, but I just don't fell very comfortable being alone on a public semi-isolated place with camera gear... Far from the big cities everything is more secure, but I can't drive that far just to shot macro for a couple of hours...
