So... was all lined up to buy the 70-200 f4 IS when it was brought to my attention that the 10-22 has dropped to a much more reasonable price, which has thrown me sideways (it takes me long enough to make a decision as it is...)
I have a 60D which pretty much as the 15-85 permanently attached and wanted to replace my old 75-300 with a 70-200, with the f4 IS seeming ideal to add to my general purpose (aka holiday) photography.
I've wanted the 10-22 for a long time (actually ever since renting one a few years back), but at over £600 it was always too expensive for the amount of use it would get, but with the current price drop and cash back it's back within reach...
Question is, do I hold out for the 70-200 f4 IS, or get the 10-22 and 70-200 f4 for roughly the same price?
Your thoughts appreciated.
