The post processing effect on it?

Anyone know how I can get this.

Seems like a hazy sepiatone or something

I don't have "expertise" to offer, maybe the Split Toning functions in Camera Raw...

First I would try going into the tool that adjust curves. Drop the Blue almost all the way out. Then tinker ///
