I was in Fla last couple weeks and couldn't find much to photograph. I stopped by Venice rookery and three juvenile tri-colors were being very photogenic. These were taken under bright sun. Any C&C welcomed.

Must have been nice to have such nice models at the rookery Ron and I certainly like the results. Your 2nd and 4th images are excellent captures with outstanding visual interest.
If I might offer some C&C: 1) on the first and the 3rd images (the "gulp" shots :)) there seems to be some noise encroaching in the dark areas of the capture, and 2) you might consider cloning out the blade intruding on the right of the frame to focus even more attention on your wonderful subject in #2. I really like that one a lot!

Thank you for the comments, I noticed that when I post on the site the pictures have a lot of noise in them compared to the original. I might be doing something wrong exporting them out of lightroom for the size limit. I noticed that others use flicker, do you know if would Revel work also.

Sorry Ron, I don't know anything about Revel. I use Photobucket the most although I have a Flicker account too. Both P'bucket & Flicker change my originals slightly, but I've learned to work around it.
