Hi,

My camera backpack took a tumble - about a foot & 1/2. The camera is working in every mode except manual. The exposure meter doesn't change even though the aperture number changes in the view finder and I get a black screen after taking a shot. Is this something that is fixable- any ideas or suggestions?? Thanks!

My guess is if canon or a repair facility could fix it, it would probably be cheaper to buy a used 40d or 50d. If you have kids, this could be their first camera.
