Is 70D sharper than 60D/7D?

So all the pics I've seen from 70D show it being very sharp but internet pics can be deceptive. I know every camera has filters/low pass filters that will soften fine details even from the best lenses, so maybe the 70D has a weaker filter?

maybe, maybe not. but you are correct that "internet pics can be deceptive"
Sharpness is also dependent on the lens use, AF, aperture, shutter speed, processing, etc.

According to the raw images supplied by DPReview between the 7D and 70D, yes, the 70D seems to retain more detail, but seems to have more luminescent noise. I noticed the same noise phenomenon with the SL1, which supposedly has the same sensor as the 7D. Strange, not sure what Canon is doing with the digic processor code with sensor data and noise.
