My brother and I got the opportunity to play Pebble Beach a couple months back, and well, it's nothing short of spectacular! This is golf Mecca and yes, at $495 a pop I would go back in a heartbeat. The course had just hosted the Owners and Partners Tournament the previous day so we got to play in conditions that were one step down from PGA level conditions. The bunkers were going thru new construction and the sand is going to be even more brutal than before (I got the "chance" to play in A LOT of bunkers). The weather was amazing with temps in the low 60s, light winds and a nice overcast that kept shadows down to a minimum.

Enjoy the pics! C&C is always welcomed

Cheers

Thank you very much. It was a blast, a tough track, but fun non the less.

Nice shots! Looked like a typical overcast day at the beach. I've played the courses at Monterey Peninsula Country Club with a friend, who's a member, and have some great shots of the par 3 next to the ocean. We drove to Pebble Beach a couple times and walked through shops. What a great history lesson. Did you make the birdie on #17?

I've had a few friends play Monterey Peninsula CC and they've all said, find someone who will sponsor you so you can play the course. And yes, I did make my putt on #17. I played pretty bad, after smashing the top of my left foot during a warm up round the day before, but I was able to make birdie on #17 and missed my birdie putt by two inches on #18. I can't wait to go back!
