This is my second time photographing a BMX event, I need to submit one of these. Which one do you think is best?

I would say #3. 1 and 4 might be cooler tricks but #3 shows how high really was also it shows where he is coming from and where he will be landing.

#4. Clone out the light, and crop tighter, unless this is for editorial use. I am more moved by expression than altitude, though.
