I had the opportunity to go to Yellowstone in July. We saw a huge amount of the park over the 4 days we were there, but even with the early mornings and late evenings, I didn't get nearly as many keepers as I would have liked. Definitely would love to go back some day.

Here are a few of the better shots I got;

The keepers that you have look well thought out and neatly executed. It is good that you are critical.

Cheers, Helen

The bad thing about Yellowstone is that once you go there you cant wait to go back. Like the photos.

T-minus 11 days till my Yellowstone trip! Great shots like this is both making me more and more excited to go, and making me wish had more time to spend there during it! Love the reflections on the Grand Prismatic Spring shots.

Thank you. I did take a lot of photos, but I am becoming more and more picky as to what I actually spend time to edit these days. A lot were 'good enough' for the family album though.

Very true; the same goes for the Tetons. So many other places to visit though, so it might be a few years before I get back.

Thank you. Shoot a lot! Even during the middle of the day the lighting was pretty decent for stuff like the hot springs, and the skies are so blue out there you need to dial the polarizer back a bit to stop it from looking fake.
