I have been using an Op/Tech, I believe classic. It has bound edges and these rubber bumps that rest on my neck. I did order an Envy though, it looks more comfy.

No strap most of the time, when I am going to be shooting for an extended period I have a black rapids sling strap that I find very comfortable.

I got a custom made canvas and leather strap by a guy in LA, also using a Herringbone hand strap. Personally I don't like the nylon/neoprene straps. I usually have the strap extended all the way and wear it as a sling, it's light and very strong.

On my work 1Dmk4s I don't use a strap - I have a pair of Spiderholsters to carry them both.
I sometimes use a Blackrapid DR1 though.

On my Fuji X100 I have a very simple strap I built myself
A metre of good quality webbing with some simple loops seen into the end (its simple to build, but the skills required take some learning)

I have tried several over the years. My current setup is a Crumpler Convenient Disgrace. I love it, but as my camera gets heavier, it is starting to hurt my neck more and more. So with that, I just purchased a Black Rapids Sport. I have not tried it yet but am looking forward to using it over the coming weekend.

My son returned home after a semester at school in Tokyo. While there, he bought me a new strap as a surprise. It resembles the OEM strap Canon sent with my camera, and while the manufacturer is unknown, it IS the best and only strap I need....

I had Op/Tech 10-20+ years ago. Tried Sunsniper last year and just now switched back to Op/Tech with Sling Conversion. Need to order a second one soon. Really like the Op/Tech!

Usually don't use one, but I do have a Couch Black/Red Racer X strap for the rare occasions.
