Does Canon have a warrantee on USA factory service center repairs?

I had the focus on my 50L repaired a couple months ago and now it's malfuctioning again.

I find anything on Canon's website or in my communication with the service center about warrantee info.

on the 2nd page of my receipt from last year it states:

"Repair Warranty Information

This repair warranty is limited to rework(same failure) only provided this equipment and this form are returned to Canon U.S.A., Inc., shipping costs prepaid, with a detailed description of the failure. This repair warranty does not extend any limited warranty which may still apply to the equipment. This repair warranty is independent of any limited warranty that applies to rework only. Canon USA Inc. is not responsible for any damage (including, without limitation, consequential damages and lost profits), cost, expense, loss or inconvenience as a results of repairs provided. This repair warranty is void with respect to items or parts which have been tampered with by unauthorized persons(including unauthorized dealers) misused, neglected or damaged"
