My sister was supposed to do a family/maternity shoot with me, my fiancee and my daughter. She called us told us she was sick and rescheduled. No big deal as our due date is a month away. Baby decides she isn't waiting and my fiancee goes into early labour so I decide to get some shots just in case the baby comes before my sister is better. It was also my first time shooting with my new alienbee and they are much more powerful than what I am used to. Love to hear some CC so I may improve.

All three are lovely, but I really like the first two.

A time you can't repeat, so this really is a case of the best camera in the world is the one you have with you.

Nice shots, but something really weird going on with the shadows in the last one at the bottom and around her feet.
Maybe magic want the white and fill with the same shadow BG color?

Thanks, I know there is the weird shadow and I am still learning to do photoshop and have no idea how to do what you suggested but I will try and learn that particular technique.
