Off camera flash flowers

I needed to practice my off camera flash work, so what better opportunity than to use a couple of flowers from an arrangement I got my wife. The lily was taken with two units in small soft boxes. The Iris was taken with just one flash. Both had a black cloth background.

As always, any and all comments are welcome. . .and thanks for looking.

The sharpness and clarity on these are incredible!


6D, G9, Sigma 50 1.4, Sigma 15mm Fisheye, Sigma 50 2.8 macro, Nikon 14-24G 2.8, Canon 16-35 2.8 II, Canon 24-105 f/4 IS, Canon 70-200 2.8 IS, tripod, lights, other stuff.

Both very nice images. The light is dynamic without being obvious, and the colours are rich. Great work!
