reflecting mts

here is another picture of water reflecting, i think it turned out fairly well...
its hard here because this lake is fairly large, its no lake mishigan or anything but still large

Must be nice, don't get me wrong there are some many scenic areas in and around where I live at in virginia (shenadoah valley area), but not too many places as gorious as that.

I think about the only real problem I can see with this image is that the sky seems to be lacking color that a polarizer could help you with if you wasn't using one, but I think it could've really pushed this picture much further, though all and all very nice photo!

i love the calmness of this pic, as chad was saying, a little tone adjustment for the sky should make it perfect!

I think a graduated ND or a couple of bracketed exposures would have worked wonders on this shot. The mountains in the background look lovely but i feel dissapinted they and the sky have been slightly washed out and are unclear as a result. The compostion is nice though and i think the potential of such a beautiful area is almost limitless. Keep up the good work.

i agree i should have used a cp, i dont have one for my 50mm lens, which is what i took this with i am sure, i will have to pic one up/
