I have tried Microsoft ICE, but as all my computers are on 64 bit and Canon's RAW codec is 32 bit, it doesn't work with RAW files. I have tried Hugin, but it doesn't support RAW files. I am not going to spend a fortune (more money than LR) on a pano stich software. I do have LR, what are my best options? Thanks for your help!

Why not first convert to TIFF after adjusting your RAW files and then apply it to the TIFFS? That's how I've done my panos.

I really rather not convert things one by one if I do 40 or so shots. Also how do I manage exposure/sharpness etc? What I want is to load up 40 RAW files, make it 1 RAW file and post process it in one shot.

I made up the number 40 but its definitely not 2 or 3 which is why I need to load them together.

Is there ANY program in existence which will output a panorama in RAW?

Of course, this one does : http://www.kolor.com …irtual-tour-software.html (external link)

Autopano giga. It does cost 200 euros though, that's 3x the cost of LR which is pretty expensive.

From the site:

"Export to multi-layer PSD

Autopano Giga can of course generate your panoramas in JPG or PNG, for example, but can also export to PSD, PSB or TIFF files, including layers. This creates a document containing both the stitched panorama and the individual images, so you can make any edits you want in Photoshop®."

I don't see anything about output in RAW. Are you sure?

I'd be hugely surprised if anything took several raw files and stitched them into one large raw file.

Why not process one of the raw files in LR and copy the develop settings to the other 39 raw files - then export as a bitmap that the panorama prog can handle?

Is there any harm in saving the RAW's as a tif file and using Microsoft ICE? That's what I've been using lately and it does a much better job than PS

I didn't know I could do that and actually figured it out early today:) Once that's done microsoft ICE works like a charm:)
