Is there a way to post a photo so that the EXIF data is still embedded. So you could right click it or something and see the info?

Anybody know?

When you convert your photo to .jpg, use "Save as" instead of "Save for web." For some reason, Photoshop's "Save for web" removes Exif info.

The reason PS removes the exif-data, when using save for web, is to create a smaller file. The exif's take up about 15kb.

If you just want to rezise your images its easyer to use "Export still image" in zoombrowser. This option allows you to retain all exif's in the image.

The "Save as" option in Photoshop will leave the most important info like exposure time, aperture, focallength etc., but it still cuts out Canon specifik info like what lense was used, what focus point was used or wich custom functions was changed.

hi,

since i want to show my images thanks to exhibit engine (have to create a thumb then microthumb), what to you use to create these two images as a batch process
then only way i've found is to use a script in photoshop, but as already said, this way the makernotes are gone and i do want to keep them

many thanks
