Snap Connectors on straps

What is the name for the connectors like the Optech strap uses? I need a gender changer for 1 end so I can use either binocular strap or the camera strap on my binoculars. The binocular strap has the male end on both sides (and you can't change them).

Does your binoculars strap connect to the Optech connectors? I'd make sure before ordering any parts.

Yes they do. Already been on their website and they don't sell gender changers. I was hoping for just a single gender changer so I wouldn't have to buy a new strap (whether it be the neck strap or the harness strap). If I have to, I'll buy a new strap I guess but it seems like they would make a gender changer.

They have them in prototype but told me they won't be out for a couple of months....
You might call them and see what they say about a release date.

you could simply get two of these and use the loops to connect two of the same gender, to make a single gender connector.
