I've found some standard model releases and property releases which I use whenever possible (even when not required, just to be safe lol), but the only standard copyright licenses I know are Creative Commons and similar open-source/free stuff. Are there any well-known standard copyright licenses for various occasions like allowing my model to print pics for herself, or for uploading to Facebook etc.?
When I say "we'll do this shoot and we'll use the Getty model release", someone who is familiar with it can know exactly what I mean. The same is true when I say "I'll give you this pic with Creative Commons", someone familiar with CC knows exactly what I mean, because these are standard licenses. In addition, these licenses are extensively used and are penned by good lawyers since they were created and used by large organizations, and most importantly there are court cases involving such standard licenses so everyone knows they do their job right.
I've found some examples but they are from individual photographers and not really well-known. There are no legal cases involving these custom licenses either. So, I'm still trying to find something akin to Creative Commons but not for free stuff, e.g. something only for the model.
I also need the same for photos taken by others in which I appear
