Painting/repainting a beauty dish

So I need to touch-up a BD, as the paint is dirty, and has some wear/chips in it. I figure it will be easier to just repaint it.

Anyone recommend a good paint to use? I know white can vary from one manufacturer to another, will it matter? And do you use a flat clear coat (do they make flat clear coat) on top? I'd like durable and washable.

I'm a big fan of krylon fusion sure its for plastic, but it goes on super smooth and self leveling. Just make sure to wet sand.
