I was trying to do the Brenizer method in RAW but this is how the images stitched together, am I doing something wrong?

I'd say it looks like it's perfectly stitched: "Content Protected by owner".
No distortion or whatsoever;)

Just curious, but where did you get the idea that you can stitch mosaiced, black and white, linear Raw files?

At the risk of resurrecting a seemingly dead thread...

The "Brenizer Method" is a stitching technique that permits the photographer to shoot a wide angle image (large FOV) but with the appearance of a shallow DOF throughout the image. The technique is predicated upon shooting in row-column or similar progression - some folks suggest a snake-like back and forth pattern.

While the OPs image showing his problem is not viewable, I suspect that, from his description, he is using Bridge or Photoshop to Photomerge raws - the raws get converted through ACR and then are brought into the Photomerge interface - I am guessing that the stitch is not completed accurately and may end up yielding the typical photoshop "bad" merge where sections of the merge are scattered across the composite, and some images are ignored - this usually occurs because Photoshop cannot figure out the relationship, spatially, of the images relative to each other. In the OPs case, this is likely due to the shooting pattern the OP used to take the images - photoshop can't figure out completely how the images relate to each other.

OP - you can try to use another stitching program, or manually align the images, roughly, in a single document of sufficient size and then use Edit > Auto ALign Layers... and see fi your giving Photoshop a hint allows it to do a better merge. Also, make sure you have sufficient overlap between images, both in row and column.

I haven't messed with the Brenizer "method", but I can imagine that it could be challenging to properly stitch all those images with a ton of "soft" areas!

To the OP, I'd suggest you "check in" to the Brenizer thread:

https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=1138306

And then, if you look at the bottom of this page in the "Similar Threads" section you will note that your title triggered a forum "mini-search" that might have some helpful info!

Thanks everyone for the input, I am new here and sorry for the image not displaying...I am still trying to figure that out. I have tried the Brenizer method quite a few times with success, this was the first time trying it with Raw images. For some reason it did stitch together the images but they were not blended.

Thanks again
