Not sure if this is the right thread for this, but I couldn't find examples like this anywhere else in the forum. That and they are cars, just little ones.
I've been toying with my new lens all weekend so I decided to see how it did on some slightly smaller subjects. I didn't take the time to set up lighting or really even a back drop. Just a couple white pieces of matt board, and a section of display track. Just wanted to do a few quick test shots, to see how the new lens worked on smaller subjects. I shot all these under fluorescent lighting, with a 50mm f1.8 lens 800ISO with varying shutter speeds. I tried to get some depth of field with the multiple car shots and I did in a couple of the shots, but not as much as I hoped for. Any ideas on what to do to improve shooting small subjects like these with the 50mm lens? Or is it a waist of time?
