First game I shot with my new 300mm 2.8 IS. My poor old 7D showed its age a bit with the night game, but I think these turned out fairly well for the settings I was stuck with. (1/500-1/640, f/2.8, ISO 5000-6400). I'm still learning the game of soccer and how to follow plays; basketball is the sport I know.

Wisconsin went on to win the game 3-2.

Critiques welcome.

These look good for a night game, watch the horizons. Some seem to a magenta type color cast to them. But that may be because of the night game.

They are sharp, no doubt about that! Good shots.
