I have never done senior pics before, but this weekend i was asked by some past clients to shoot one of their daughters and her friend for their senior pics. I of course accepted and went for it! Here are just 2 of the pics i have gone through and edited to post on facebook for the girls. So far, the parents and girls love them, so i am happy.

As always, C&C is ALWAYS welcome!

Thanks!

Here are my thoughts:

#1 - I wish her left leg was brought up on the ledge also. It just looks weird with her one leg chopped out of the frame. Her hands can be more engaging also instead of making it seem like she's hiding them. The crop on this is almost 1:1. Kind of a weird crop.

#2 - This one is nice. The only thing I see that I don't like is the bush at the bottom left that blocks her feet/boots and that even if it's not there, her feet/boots would be cut off.

I like #2 better, but her arms look uncomfortable. Nice work though.

I like the second one (of the new set) but the puffed up cheeks in the first one along with the hair covering eyes makes it an unflattering loss.

thanks for the words, as for the first pic in the new set, i am 50/50 on it. the girl LOVES it, so i guess that works. As for the photographic stand point of it, i agree though. I do like #2 quite a bit though myself.

The new #2 is good. I'd clone out the bench on the left and crop it in a little tighter.
