Well, not to sound obnoxious, but I have the 200 f2, 300 f2.8, and the 400 f2.8. The 200 f2 works very well for indoor sports as well as portraiture (if you have the room). It's sharp at f2 and focuses as fast as my 300 f2.8 (Mark I), and it's nice to have that extra stop indoors. The bokeh is as nice as the 85L in my opinion, and I can't say that about the 300 f2.8. I find its bokeh to be a little dizzying at times. Meanwhile, while it would be a little crazy to use the 400 f2.8 II as a portrait lens, I find its bokeh to be as pleasing as that of the 200L.
