Please allow me to explain. In order for the redirect to work, the mobile site has to be built under the full site.
You built your mobile site separately, while your mobile site is still using the Gail Davis template.
Please log into your account - miami site - and click on the red mobile site tab.
Then scroll down and click on edit site.
