Lol. Cheers Douglas. Look forward to it! :p

Sorry a little bit later than i had hoped top post up. But here is my choice for this week. Just a wee funny of my dog doing the shaky thing dogs do.
I did have another i was planning to use but im noticing an issue with it and something i need to look into i think. So didn't think it was right posting it here then another thread pops up regarding a problem i have with it lol :p

Not the greatest pics here i suppose for potential but just have fun, see what you come up with :)

Nice job getting the harness out! I'm working on that right now . . . it is not without challenges.

Wow. This looks really cooked after upload. I'm going to have to play with this some more.

I couldn't get the harness out to my satisfaction. I got it off his back really nicely, but I could get his chest correct.

Just trying out a new technique. Spatio Temporal Retinex Envelope with Stochastic Sampling (STRESS) GEGL operation in Gimp applied as a Soft Light layer.

Good stuff everyone.
Keep em coming folks :)

Nice one Douglas lol. Hes an only child :( Would love to get him some little bros to play with!

@Benitoite, Jeez o! mate. Thats a mouthfull. I gave it a quick google. I see why its shortened to STRESS lol! :p

''In stochastic sampling, every point in the signal has a non-zero probability of being sampled (unlike regular sampling where certain sections will never be sampled). A simple uniform stochastic sampling scheme can be implemented over the same interval [0,τ]

as

s(t)x[n]=∑n=0fsτ−1δ(t−tn),tn∼U(0,τ)=x(t)⋅s(t)

where U(0,τ)
is the uniform distribution on the interval [0,τ]. ''

....Ahh, the uniform distribution on the interval! Of course of course. .........My brain hurts!!

lol, Ive kinda touched a little on this kind of thing before though. As its similar to graphics settings in games ie Super sampling AA, SSAO, FXAA, WWF, KFC etc etc yeah?
Well have fun! Glad you got to try something new as i did with DagoImaging' HDR pics :-)

Apologies everyone. My grandmother took not well at the weekend there and just being trying to arrange stuff re her house too. Trying to juggle that and work. Enough excuses.
Again really sorry folks. Not a good start for me! :-|

All great edits. Hope you had a little bit of fun editing. If its stil up there and fwiw id like to chose your first edit Dago. The removal of the harness makes a big difference. (i keep meaning to take it off when im out with him and the camera) So i loved that and just the general pp. I quite liked the contrasty, harsh almost comic book style of it. Kept me looking.

Douglas mate, you almost took the crown with your 'shop of the other dogs in the water. Nice, really liked it. Paints a picture i wish could be true lol.

Again, sorry. Hope i haven't messed things up here too much.
