He posted his sardines cans entry (I called it a reply) on 12/1, we were on the new forum at that time. My point is that notifications not coming across probably didn't have anything to do with his not coming back here, unless he didn't follow the thread after doing his entry. That is a possibility.

Yes, it's very likely that he forgot to follow the thread. I have been meaning to post on the problems thread that the old subscriptions in the processing forum are not available to be imported into Followed Threads. I'll do that now, thanks for reminding me.

My old threads here seemed to import ok. The current list I have goes back 4 months and I have to search for the rest with options at the bottom of my home page.

Heh, well scratch that! Since rrblint(Mark) posted that and Pekka replied with a fix, I guess I was missing a lot of threads. How about that!
I guess I'll go through and delete a bunch now!

No wonder my ears were burning. I posted my sardine image, checked back every day for a while and thought the thread had died in the transition.

Just got back in the house after watching the meteor shower. I'll try to get back on tomorrow. Thanks for not kicking me out of the club.

It's late and I'm probably missing something obvious - where's the switch to subscribe to the thread with email notifications?
