I gave it a whirl too. Because of her red hair, I thought I'd keep her skin tones reddish too.

OK, here is my go: I thought that pinkish BG didn't do much to her beauty, so I toned it, ran frequency separation to make her skin glow. Wasn't sure if her eyes are green but enhanced them just slightly to what I thought was good.
