Excellent captures. They're rare migrants in the UK and the few I've seen never seem to stay around to be photographed.

sharp flight shots even though they hover. Only seen one in UK but many in France.

I was using flash so no wing motion. I have shots without flash but most of them aren't all that spectacular, and they still don't show a lot of wing motion. I'm hoping they come back so I can try a few things, see if I can catch some motion
