I'm also wondering how you can trademark the shape of glasses as basic as those were. Considering that glasses have been worn for generations, and in that time almost every shape has been tried, how could this company actually prove theirs are different? Also, since I have no idea how big the lady's head is, how would we even know the shape is or isn't covered?
